" janji mursi " dan Gerilya Media untuk koptik ??

Mohamed Morsi, in his press conference after the first round of the presidential elections, spoke in general terms about how the institution of the presidency would include Copts, women, youth and others. He was not specific however about which positions he might give to Copts.

1. Ahmed al-Deif : Penasehat politik Muhammad Morsi

A political adviser of President-elect Mohamed Morsy said a Copt and woman would be appointed as vice presidents.

Ahmed al-Deif told CNN that it would be the first time in Egypt’s history that a woman would be appointed to this position that will be granted powers.

“We didn’t call for establishing an Islamic republic in Egypt. Morsy was very clear on this. He assured [he is] seeking a civilian constitutional country, a civilized one based on respecting cultures, principles and religions,” he added.

Morsy confirmed in his first presidential speech that he will be “a president for all Egyptians” and committed to international agreements. He praised the armed forces, police, judges and victims of the revolution, which he said would be ongoing until achieving all its demands. He also added that people shouldn’t obey him if he broke his promises.

3. Magdi Saber : anggota dari koalisi pemuda koptik maspero,

Saber told Al-Hayat: “It does not really matter to us if a Copt becomes vice   president.

In a statement, the movement added: “We will give the president the same 100 day period that he touted during his campaign to fulfill his promises and restore the rights of the people; if he succeeds, we will stand by him and support him, but if he fails and deliberately wastes time, then we will oppose him with all the might and means that are afforded to us by law and the constitution. We ask that the Coptic issue be immediately studied and that the problems that have remained hanging for decades be solved. We also ask that the laws that made life impossible for Copts in their own country be repealed.”

I recently had a conversation with Mohamed Morsy, one of the Brotherhood's senior leaders, in which he refused, to an almost comical degree, to grapple with two simple questions: Could the Brotherhood support a Christian for the Egyptian presidency? Could it support a woman? (The Brotherhood's 2007 draft party platform, from which the organization is now trying to distance itself, makes clear that a Christian could not serve as president of Egypt.)

"Which Christian?" Morsy responded when I first asked.

I explained: not a particular Christian, but any Christian.

"There are no Christians running for president," he said.

Yes, I know. It's a theoretical question.

"This is a nonsense question," he said. So I asked him if the Brotherhood had ideological objections to a woman's running for president.

"Which woman?" he asked.

Bahkan dalam sebuah pidatonya saat kampanye mursi menjelaskan :

Dan ini adalah kondisi terakhir :

Executive vacuum: still no vice presidents, prime minister or cabinet

Aboul Fotouh, a former presidential candidate, denied being offered the position of vice president, but said he would not take it unless it came with real power and was not a token post.

Sources close to Nobel prize laureate and the front runner for the premiership Mohamed ElBaradei have made similar statements.

His former campaign coordinator Abel Rahman Yousef said that ElBaradei was yet to receive an offer but he would not take the post if he was not allowed to work independently and have authority over the cabinet, something Yousef said he doubted would happen.
